FOR THE TEACHERS AT THE HEART OF THE CLASSROOM
Confident Classrooms
Teachers stand at the front of the classroom with many expectations placed on them. Expectations to teach curriculum, counsel student wellbeing concerns, improve developmental skills, and keep students safe. For some teachers, the dedicated kind, the ones who are trying their very best - this can leave them deeply tired, irritable or plain disheartened.
Our program is built to strengthen the mental health of teachers, by using principles from contextual and behavioural sciences, and applying them to the real world life of teaching in schools today.
UNLOCK THE ROADMAP ✨
Stretched to your limit?
Navigating the ever-changing dynamics of the classroom can be daunting. From staying on top of IEP’s, responding to parent emails, to meeting curriculum expectations, it's easy to feel lost and frustrated amongst all the busyness of the school day - let alone build authentic and meaningful relationships with students.
Are you struggling to cope with the multiple pulls for your attention in the day to day of being a teacher?
Do you feel a sense of helplessness or anger after supporting another student through refusal or reactive behaviour?
Are you not sure how much more you have left to give your profession?
It is completely understandable to feel stretched to your limit. Together, we can map a way forward that respects you - the teacher and the human.
Imagine if...
Outcome # 1
You felt connected to what’s important to you as an educator.
Outcome # 2
You had a suite of psychologically informed tools to use in and out of the classroom to lower your stress levels.
Outcome # 3
You could be proud of your work and know that you’re doing just as well as the teacher in the classroom next door.
I’m here to help you build the skills you need.
INTRODUCING
The Regulated Teacher Roadmap
This isn’t another "wellness" workshop
The Regulated Teacher Roadmap is designed to build your coping resources for the difficult days on the school grounds. The course has foundations in contextual and behavioural sciences, combined with the experience of an endorsed educational and developmental psychologist.
The Regulated Teacher Roadmap was made with the intention for teachers to feel energised, regulated, and valued in their place as educators. It includes four modules chunked into bite size lessons (because I'm not asking you to do more, I am asking you to some things differently.) Modules are released week by week to pace your learning and give your time to practice. Additional downloadable resources will be available to integrate your personal reflections with practical tools.

Meet your guide,
Kate!
With over 10 years of experience as an endorsed educational and developmental psychologist working in- and around- schools, Kate has a knack for holding the in between, the shades of grey, the messy middle. She brings with her a steady and consistent presence to those she works with.
While not a teacher, she has a shared mission of educators to cultivate empathy rich young people capable of critical thinking. Kate knows the power of an attuned teacher. She has also watched the toll on colleagues, friends, and educators of working in the modern day classroom. Kate believes that a teacher who is able to return to the school grounds each day in a regulated state, is best situated to do their job of shaping the next generation and our shared social future.
